As I walk through this mystical haze call life
My movements are caused by the fleeting wings of happiness called light

I cry so much that my eyes have began to look like the ripeness of the sunset falling off the edge of the sky
Again I cry without knowing why

My heart plays the melody of songs that I have long ago heard
I sit in my silence without uttering a word

As my tears go racing down my cheeks to stir my reflection that bounces off the softness of the lake
The pain inside me is so hard to forsake

I cradle me from within the arms of hope, waiting this feeling to pass
But somehow I know that the love I have for you will always last

We have touched each other as one
Knowing our lives would always be
But since it happened that we parted from
I came to know all that is me

A moments whisper touches my ear
The words I hear are from silent thoughts
Only then can I say I love you dear

Moving through time capturing moments of we

Where have all the dreams gone, lost in memories so full of pain
Why is it that love has changed?

Once we shared the twinkle of love sparkling in our eyes
Giving all we could until the day we die

It seems as though we out distance each other when reflecting pain
Tell me why is it that love changed

I can remember when our love would push storms away
Turning each unhappy situation to a more pleasant day

I just do not understand why things never stay the same

An ocean roars and bellows as it washes the earth’s face
Yet words that carry thoughts and expression are felt at each place

The spinning of the earth reveals a day in my world and a night in hers
A touch is felt when reading letters from far away words

The sun rises and falls and give birth to another day
Funny how thoughts do not know time when they echo what we say

The moon also passes and reveals its axis in each of our times
But to the viewer the moon is never lost but merely illuminating its shine

Although each of our times are worlds apart
The love beat of one remains forever in our hearts
